Frequently Asked Questions

If these are used computers, how do I know what condition they are in?

- We have inspected all of our computers to the best of our ability.  If you look on the Other Details section of the product page, you will see our system to rate the condition of the product as follows:

Excellent - Perfect, as if it came out of the box brand new!  Very few are in this condition

Great - Almost perfect, but not quite, maybe there's a small blemish, scratch, etc.  You may see specifics on what's wrong, the vast majority of our products are in this condition

Good - There may be some screen de-lamination, a crack, stains, etc.  You will see notes on the specific condition.

Fair - Chunks of plastic missing, major damage, but still a good working computer.  You will see notes on what's wrong

Poor - Not a functioning product at all, you shouldn't see any computers in this condition in the store

Awesome!  Now, how do show only the good computers?

- You can filter by rating, model, processor, etc. by going to the "USA Store" category, and choosing the filters on the left side.  Filters will NOT show on model specific (i.e. T460, T470, etc.) categories.

What's with the weird pricing

- Since we are required to charge the TX State Tax of 8.25% we adjusted the prices so they come out to an even price when you check out.  So, if you see a price for $69.28, for example, you will pay $75 out the door!
